A EnneaSummit (virtual summit) is a free online event that gathers speakers and participants to discuss specific topics. This event is hosted entirely online, allowing attendees to join from anywhere.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY DO I NEED TO ATTEND?

You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access. Each day during the Summit, you'll receive an email with the lineup of speakers. You can watch the sessions directly in your web browser—
no special software required.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SUMMIT START?

You'll receive a daily email at 6:00 AM (US Central Time) with links to all the main session and panel videos for that day. Instead of syncing your schedule with a live feed, we've made it easy by releasing all the content at once. This way, you can choose your favorite sessions and watch at your convenience throughout the day.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WATCH?

You'll have a full day to watch each day's lineup of speakers. This year, we've extended the viewing window to 30 hours, from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM (US Central Time) the following day, to accommodate our
overseas participants.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?

You can purchase an All Access Pass, which will give you lifetime access to the entire EnneaSummit.

ARE THERE CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS OFFERED?

No, not yet. This was the most asked question during the previous Mental Health EnneaSummit, and we will look into the process of getting the necessary approval to offer CEUs in future Summits.

ARE THERE ANY ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES?

All of the main sessions and panels will have Closed Captions available, which can be toggled on or off.

WHAT IF THE SUMMIT’S WEB PAGE IS GIVING ME AN ERROR?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, a few Internet service providers have flagged the EnneaSummit web site as a security risk. As a temporary workaround, please try turning off the Wi-Fi on your phone and accessing the site using cellular data. This should bypass the issue since the problem lies with the Internet service provider.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE CONTENT AFTER I BUY THE PASS?

As an All Access Pass holder, you can access the EnneaSummit (and any other past Summits you’ve purchased) year-round online in a private members area. After your purchase your All Access Pass, you will be asked to provide a password to use along with your email/ username. If you prefer watching on a mobile device over your desktop/laptop computer (and don’t want to have to log in every time you want to watch/listen), you can download the “Kajabi” mobile app for a better viewing experience.

You can also listen to the EnneaSummit on your podcast app. The EnneaSummit Private Audio Podcast will show up as an additional product after logging in to the members area. Once there, you will receive the podcast feed URL to subscribe to in your podcast app.

WHY AM I NOT SEEING THE ENNEASUMMIT AFTER I LOG IN?

Sometimes, people purchase the All-Access Pass with one email and later try to log in with a different one. Or maybe you've used different emails for different Summits. It happens! No worries—just email
